To Danny Lan's question: What's "DEMO" team mean?
DEMO其實是demonstractor的縮寫...
各國來說，至少該國的滑雪協會每一段時間，會選出足以代表該系統理念與滑行要求的指導員!! 跟選手的概念很像，可以想像是代表國家出賽的國家隊成員。
以日本為例，代表國家出賽的是National Demo Team 往下有SAJ Demo Team ，例如:參加IVSI，就可能是National+SAJ DEMO Team
以2016年來說：
National Demo Team男子20名、女子5名 SAJ DEMO Team 男子35名、女子15名 SB Team 男子8名、女子4名 <<詳細名單>> 像是瑞士，他們叫 Swiss Snow Demo Team (SSDT)
裡頭再細分不同的項目，每兩年選一次！ 其中，石田俊介、兼子忍、Nadine Grünenfelder、Alex Taugwalder 都是代表該國參加在阿根廷舉辦的 Interski 2015 congress擔任該國的滑行示範 ps. 前SAJ會長 鈴木洋一(下圖白衣者)，則是擔任該次日本隊的領隊
很多國家，Interski Demo Team 等同剛剛的 Demo Team 在該國的產業鏈主要是以Interski為目標 像澳洲 The Australian Demo Team represents Australia and the APSI at Interski every four years.

There is an expectation that team members will commit to certain are pre- and post- interski events and responsibilities. These will be clarified after selection, but as an example;
Writing articles for snowpro
Fundraising for the team
Assisting to develop resources (e.g. app content, manuals)
Attend demo team training sessions
紐西蘭NZSIA，則是在2013年，從最強的28個指導員中選出Interski Demo Team Candidates were tested for 3 days in all conditions including
- on and off piste skiing
- synchronised skiing
- dynamic athletic ski ability
- a written submission
- a 10 minute indoor presentation.
2015 Interski成員的有 Jon Ahlsén、 Toby Arnott、 Tim Cafe、 Ben Darlow、 William Boyd (replacing Celine Arnold) 、Scott Dagg 、Ashley Murphy 、Garret Shore (6位是3級考官、2位是三級指導員)
突然發現，Ben Darlow、 William Boyd、Garret Shore我上過他們的課(訓練員)，而Scott Dagg是我的二級考官.... 等於說NZSIA一半的SKI DEMO Team 我都遇過了!!! 看來我考三級時，應該就會全部遇到過
此外、日本的丸山貴雄有看過他本人滑+簽名，2016.12則是上了柏木義之的課 也都是非常難得的經驗啊啊啊啊!!!! 然後、這個月月底在台灣，日本前alpine racer三本柱之一的木村公宣要來擔任講習講師 真幸運我有資格可以參加，共3天的講習 而...6月松澤 壽也要來台灣開交流會，我也報名了... 到時聽到的心得，希望下一季順利轉換成雪場上的課程，帶給所有有興趣的人!!!
